The coefficient is set to increase by the actual increase in the amount of oil

to reduce the coefficient becomes smaller,

the actual increase output  oil; each reduction of 0.001 shows 100L then the amount of oil on the less 0.1L;

each increase 0.001 that 100L display, More output oil 0.1L.
