Operation Instructions

When starting up, the machine displays the current gear position and sealing time (seconds)..

Power regulation: cycle in gear 1, 2 and 3 according to the “P” power, and themaximum power in gear 1, 2 and 3 is 600W, 900W and 1200W respectively. It is suggested to use 3 gears to seal small diameter (400A is less than 40MM) with fast sealing speed. The sealing effect is good when the first gear is used to seal large caliber (400A is greater than 70MM).

Time adjustment: press the “” and “” keys to adjust the time, with the the adjustment range of 0.1-4.9 seconds.

Trial sealing: Place the bottle with the sensing sealing film in the center of the sensing head and press the operation key. The countdown to the sealing time is counted down. When the timing stops and returns to the set value, the sealing is completed. There is a “didi” sound at the beginning and end. Check the sealing effect, such as local adhesion of the sealing, is that the sealing film does not cling to the bottle mouth; If the sealing film is wrinkled and blistered, and the bottle mouth dissolves, the sealing time is too long, please reduce the sealing time; If the seal is not firm, please increase the sealing time.

Batch sealing can be started after passing the trial sealing. The machine automatically saves the current power and time settings, and can seal directly after starting up again, but the sealing parameters should be readjusted when using different batches of bottles and sealing films. 5.6 Automatic sealing: if the sealing diameter is greater than 30mm, long press “P” to enter and exit the automatic mode
